To all Pet Owners, this is a VCA hospital based on making money and not caring at all for your pet. They will refuse to treat your beloved pet in an emergency if you don't have money up front and worse than that will tell you to euphanize your pet if you don't have enough money and they feel you may be a risk. Also check the credentials of staff and their certifications. There is no compassion or care, its a cold hearted place and the front desk staff is rude hanging up the phone if they do not like the nature of the questions you may ask. All is not what is seems. We would not recommend it at all, its a bank not a veterinarian.
