yoga, peace, serenity, and beauty at sangha house. sangha house is a wonderful new yoga studio i was introduced to. i have been attending classes for a few months now. the studio is lovely, my teacher is magical, and with sangha house i have been able to find peace, serenity and beauty amongst the busy days of life in new york. i look forward to going each time. my classes have been strengthening on both my body and mind, and the atmosphere of class is comfortable and very accomodating whether its your first time at yoga, or a regular. i look forward to inviting more friends and family to join in the beauty of sangha house and all it has to offer! namaste

beautiful new yoga studio. While walking up east 28th street I saw a building front under construction, I noticed a flyer on the wall for a new yoga studio I decided to check it out. What I discovered was this lttle peace of harmony tucked away among the chaos of the city. A beautifuly designed space with fabric covering the ceiling and wide opened windows. Since i did not have work out clothes with me I decided to take a copy of the schedule with me and I came back the next day ready to get my downward dog on. It was an awesome open vinyasa class and even though i am no hardcore yogi it was a great just to get my joints and muscles working again.Definitely coming back

Awesome new yoga studio.
Great New Yoga studio that just opened in my neighborhood (Gramercy). I have been looking for a quite new yoga studio and this is a gem!
Walking in the energy is instantly warming and uplifting. The studio is clean and a nice size. I enjoyed practicing with the big windows next to me and the beautiful fabric hanging from the ceilings. They offer massage therapy too. May have to try that next!
The three teachers I have taken so far have all been knowledgeable and helpful with my yoga practice. I am definitely going back and bringing a friend!
