A Real Professional. the appraiser was called to appraise an engagement ring, i was glad to know they had two locations currently i could go to also they said someone could have come to me but i chose to go to there office. when i arrived the appraiser took all sorts of tests of my ring, metal tests with an electronic tester i have never seen that before. also he tested the stones, i was excited to see they had all kinds of modern electronic equiptment they did a great service thanks! hope this helps!
