Our bake shop makes everything handmade, from scratch; think French macarons, cupcakes, scones, and custom cakes, all created under the watchful eye of famed Pastry Chef Pichet Ong. Meanwhile, Thierry Atlan, Master French Chocolatier, helms our chocolate shop, where only the very best raw products go into making every piece in our exclusive line of all-natural chocolates; and in our bistro, our Executive Chef Ben Dodaro revisits classic flavor combinations and ingredient-driven comfort with dishes that are as enticing as the desserts that follow.
