MY Body is a Wonderland. I've had exceptional service with Laser Cosmetica in my time of being a client. The estheticians are so very kind and mindful on their practices, they answer all my questions and concerns. Laser Cosmetica's offices are beautiful and have a great sense of energy.

I purchased a package for VI peels last year and was very happy with my ending results. My skin looks wonderful, I was even offered an additional package for Microderms to keep my skin healthy and glowing, When I signed up for Laser Cosmetica's e-mail newsletters, I was able to participate in their Friends with Benefits program in which my two sisters were given complimentary Micros.

I'm happy and completely satisfied with my experience at Laser Cosmetica thus far. I will further more recommend family and friends to their services.

Great Results. I've been a loyal client of laser cosmetica's for sometime now and I have no complaints. As long as you schedule you're appointments before leaving (suggested at least 3) You should be fine. The service is great, and I do see my results. I go from location to location in the city, my appointments are always made convenient for me, and that's something I appreciate about their business.

Service not so good. This place is great at getting you in when you are getting your initial consultations. They are also great at upgrading your packages - besides that, do not expect good service. Don't get me wrong the technicians are great and I have no complains about the service they provide - the office staff, on the other hand, is a different story. I first bought into this when they told me that I would have 3 years of maintenance and that it was almost guaranteed that all the hair would be gone. I've been going for two years, and my hair is not gone and they have told me that I was only supposed to get 12 treatments, not 3 years. Unfortunately, I do not have this in writing, at the time it seemed like it was the standard policy and I was dumb on my part not to get it in writing.

The laser machine seems to be down all the time and they will call you sometimes an hour before your appointment to re-schedule.

Whe you do need to call, you either get an answering machine or someone takes your name and number down an NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK.

The procedure itself is not bad - do not be fooled by the results they promise, but I would not recommend this place based on the service they provide.

Friendly and Helpful!. Considering doing any type of skin procedure? This is the place to go! The technicians and specialists are amazing and give you individualized attention. I have been to 2 branches and they both feel very comfortable. The staff explains everything in great detail. They do everything from chemical peels to laser hair removal. Walking out, my skin felt like new again. I have told anyone I can about how great this place is.

Complete spam. I went to treat my melasm and they suggest for me the VI peels. I was told that after 4 treatments it will disappear almost complete. At the end of all the treatments the melasm never went away no even 30% and I paid sooo much money in cash for nothing. They refused of course to give me back the money

reasons to be wary. have been with this location for almost 2 years. after new management has changed recently from allison to jacky, my package of 3 year contract suddenly became a 2 year instead. ok? as far as treatment goes, my hair is almost completely gone with the exception of fine hairs- but am told that fine hairs may never go away. i have friends whove gone elsewhere for hair removal and theyve gotten results with just 2 visits, less painless, and cheaper. i wouldnt suggest paying full price- dont buy unless they have a special, do your research before purchasing. theres always a different girl doing my treatments for me each session and they all have different answers to the same question. BUT they are always friendly. its def not a spa session though. they will try to sell u new package deals. you should schedule your appts before leaving.

Starting the new year off with excitement. As far as results, I can't say anything yet because I have just started with laser cosmetica. But, the staff is great, I've seen many before and after pictures as well as spoken to women in the clinic waiting for their appointment when I was there and they were all satisfied. Im excited for my first treatment in 2011!

Botox was sent from up above!. Botox was seriously sent from someone powerful up above. WheN I say I look years younger I am understating how I feel. It's like I stepped into a time machine and am young again, love it!

I'm unstoppable now!. Spending mmy nights in the lab has taken its toll, especiall on my arms and legs (cellulite). We literally sit for hours munching on donuts and mcdonalds and pizza and chinese food and every other amazing food that isn't so amazing for you. Well . . it caught up with me and as soon as I found out I could do something about it I did and am thrilled with my new cellulite-less legs and arms!

Better looking now than in my teens. I don't know why .. it's probably my "jewish luck" but I have had a wrinkly forehead since high school. . . its pretty ridiculous but everyone in my family has had this issue. I had heard about wrinkle reduction before but was pretty hesitant to ever proceed to do anything about it . . . up until last year. Im happy I changed my mind and I look like my age for once!
