The place is huge ,crowded but not packed , and the music is phenominal . Can you guy like do somehting and open up eveyrone knows m2 and crobar was the best night out in nyc !!!!!!
SATURDAY ARE THE BEST NIGHTS TO MEET EUROPEANS! – So i have been to several clubs in NYC but nothing tops M2. Nothing tops the music and the space. It is a big club with 2 sections playing house and hip-hop. and as we all know M2 has been opened forever, (it was called Mansion and Crobar before) but it is still one of the best club in the Chelsea Area.
They have these European Parties every Saturdays , good way to meet new European friends!
I actually used a promoter's list last saturday they have their own private entrance to the club.
Text them to get in contact with them and avoid paying the cover charge.
I got in contact with Vero and Marion - (917 569 0979)

ONE OF THE LAST MEGA-CLUBS IN NYC – A GOOD FRIEND & EX-PROMOTER BUDDY OF MINE RECOMMEND THAT I STOP-BY M2: ULTRA LOUNGE FOR "TABLOID" THURSDAYS BECAUSE HE TOLD ME THERE'S NOTHING BUT CELEBS & MODELS ON THAT PARTICULAR NIGHT.
LOW & BEHOLD, I SAW RIHANNA, KATY PERRY, BOOTSY COLLINS, TYSON BECKFORD & MANY OTHERS ON A STAR-STUDDED NIGHT! FOR ANYONE INTERESTED, I WOULD RECOMMEND USING "KONG'S LIST"...I GOT THERE BEFORE 12AM AND TWO OF MY FEMALE FRIENDS GOT IN FOR FREE & I PAID $20 WHICH WAS WELL WORTH THE MONEY SPENT SINCE THIS WAS A CELEBRITY-FILLED EVENT!
DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE NAME M2: ULTRA LOUNGE...ALTHOUGH THERE'S A LOUNGE DIRECTLY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE VENUE, IT IS A HUGE SPACE WITH 100FT CEILINGS! ONE OF THE LAST FEW MEGA-CLUBS IN NEW YORK CITY!
Horrible service, very discriminative, will NEVER recommend – I never write reviews or comments but for this place I had to because that’s how horrible this place was. I have to agree with the previous person's statement. I went to this club to celebrate my birthday this weekend and honestly this place is very over-rated. I don't know what the hype was all about. I was very disappointed. It is a very discriminative and racist club. I have never encountered this in my entire life living in NYC or in the club scene. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!! If you want to have a good time without any hassles, then go somewhere else but here.
Even though I pre-booked my event 2-3 weeks prior, when I got there they made my friends and me feel very uncomfortable. The people at the door look you up and down like they are stripping you naked with their eyes. They didn’t reserve the table I requested. Gave some BS excuse.
I was appalled by the behavior of the staff of M2 Ultra Lounge formerly known as Mansion. Only way you are getting in is if you are caucasian and you look good to their standards. If you aren't, then they will hassle you. Two of my friends stood in the cold for a very long time. The guy at the door wouldn’t let them in even though they were on the guest list and also party of my b-day group. He didn’t even give them a proper explanation. He brushed them off. Yet he was letting other people in. Unfortunately I didn’t find this out until the next day.
They claim they are not so called“ghetto”. It's a very upscale venue. You have to dress classy, blah blah blah, and so forth... Yet they had an ugly ghetto crowd. People smoking weed, etc. It was small and packed. You couldn't even dance and enjoy yourself.
The management and services provided were very poor!!! You would think that if you get table service, they would at least train their staff on how to be well mannered and provide the utmost service. Wrong!!! My waitress was rude & obnoxious!!!
The only positive thing that this club has going for them is their DJ (DJ Amadeus) who I have to admit is genuinely down to earth and very helpful. I have the upmost respect for him. If it wasn't for him, my birthday bash would have been horrible.
Extravagant, high-end venue – After checking-out one of "theKONGLIST" parties from the previous weekend, my girlfriends & I wanted some more! So we decided to go to M2 on Thurs. August, 27, 2009 and were all blown away! The line was long and the door staff was kinda rude but we all did get in for free before midnight on Kong's list. Upon walking inside, the venue is huge with 100 ft. ceilings!
The place was very high-end and the drinks are very expensive: $19 for Grey Goose + Energy drink
But after seeing some of my favorite artists in attendance like The Clipse, Mario & Aubrey O'Day, maybe that's why the drinks are pricey. All-in-all, my girls and I had an incredible time! There were 2 special live performances and a lot of energy from the crowd...it was more than a club, it was an event! I luv M2 and beginning to think that all of theKONGLIST parties are the bomb!!!
best atmosphere – M2 is such a beautiful place! It has a huge house music room with a gorgeous shandelier. It has beautiful women dancing and a great crowd. Then there is a hip hop room that is more cozy. The crowd gets crazy at M2 and it is always a good time. I went there with Vero's List and got right in and didn't have to pay a cover! I can't wait to go back there with all of my friends!
