They Over Charge. They Do Not tell you the actual price. I'm warning you - DO NOT BUY PACKAGES from this company. They ripped you off . You end up paying double even triple the price than if you were to get things for your pool somewhere else. Crystal Clear Pool does not post the prices. If you ask them, they give you a hard time, they sound annoyed and then each person you talk to gives you different prices for the items you're buying. For example, the Safety Pool "Package 1 - $950.00" which includes: Aqua Guard Pool Alarm, Anti-entrapment drain covers, 16' One Piece Pole, Shepherds pool hook, USCG Approved 19' Life Ring, and the package says, "Labor Included". You can get an Aquaguard Pool Alarm System for $439.00 somewhere else. Crystal Clear charges you $600.00 (Steve, a sales rep., told me this) and if you call back and speak to somebody else like Amy, the Aguaguard becomes $775.00. (Amy gave prices so that everything adds up to $950.00). Then if you question this, they say the difference is labor. BUT, There's no labor involved in this particular package. They do not install anything. They just bring them to your home - nothing else. And if something goes wrong with the equipment they charge you again just for coming to your house (labor is separate). I do not recommend this company.

Over Promise, Under Deliver. We had a terrible experience with this company. We starting using them late summer 2007 with difficulties. They promised 2008 would be better so we trusted them and started the new summer with them. Again they Over promise, Under deliver, Poor customer service, Lack of Follow-up, Exhorbitant prices, No record keeping in file, Never get to talk to the same person twice, do work without asking, don't sent quotes etc. After many conversations all the way up the chain I fired them by July 2008. I do not recommend this company.
