I am very glad that I have chosen the Law offices of John Chang to represent me when I purchased my coop apartment. Their professional and friendly service was impressive and I couldn’t help to express my appreciation for all the excellent job they had done to insure a smooth transaction for me. The office did a thorough due diligence on the coop and Mr. Chang went over the offering plan and contract with me, walked me through every step of the transaction. His detailed and expert explanation dissolved all my doubt and anxiousness at the first meeting. The staff of the office is extremely helpful and reliable. The attorney and his staff handle everything perfectly and effectively. I will highly recommend this law firm to these who are looking for a real estate attorney.

Best Dept of Health representation service I've had so far.
Thank you to this law office, I've gotton good result out of the Dept. of Health Court. I will hire them again. John's assistants were helpful & a lawyer who went to the court for me acually visited my restaurant and listened what happened, etc.

recommended for DOH matters. I hired this firm for Dept. Health Violations - a lawyer visited my restaurant and he was very professional. He got me an A with minimal penalties! Thank you, thank you!

Very knowledgeable about the HPD projects!.
John represented my husband and me on purchasing our first co-op. He sat down with us for 2 hours for our initial meeting, and explained to us how the process works, how the HPD program works, etc. in a way a first home buyer like us understood.
He knows developers, sales office people, and bank people all around nyc, especially those work in HPD/NYC Affordable Housing.
His paralegals were wonderful in guiding us and helping us throughout the process. We are happy now, living in a new home. Thanks, John!

Didn't know the definition of "liability!". I called to ask about forming an LLC (limited liability company) so that I could rent out my condo, and the real estate paralegal didn't know what "liability" meant! I had to explain it to her, and she still didn't understand. Finally, I gave up and called another law office instead.
