Great little hidden gem in Riverdale. Went there for the first time and was really happy with the job Janet did on my hair. Open Sunday which is handy.

Awesome Hair Salon. I live in Manhattan and take the Express Bus to the Bronx to get my hair cut here! It is a fabulous salon; Maryann has been cutting my hair for 25 years and she is excellent, as are the other stylists. There is no attitude here and I always leave with the haircut that I want, not like at other salons where you get only the vision of the sytlist. I highly recommend Eco Salon!

Riverdale' Pure Hair Salon is a neighborhood gem!. I have been a customer of this salon for 24 years. It is an OUTSTANDING salon, extremely professional and (pardon the pun) on the cutting edge of hair style, coloring and all related services. I love Maryann as a stylist, but Andre, Ming and Janet are also excellent, as are all of the stylists. The place is clean, friendly and attentive. It is so much more convenient than going in to the City to a salon with a fancy name, and the quality is easily on a par with the best and most expensive salons. This place is truly a neighborhood gem with a loyal and devoted clientelle.
