Our overall experience with Vanity Pups has been a positive one. We knew that we wanted a puppy but we didn’t really know what type of dog to get. For the next month or so, we visited the store 3 to 4 times a week to interact with the puppies and to see which one appealed to our family. Needless to say the staff at Vanity Pups was very professional and answered all of our questions. We finally decided on a Lhasa Apso puppy. They even agreed to keep our puppy at the store for almost 2 weeks as we were having construction done at our home.

The day we were scheduled to bring our puppy home, we were given very thorough directions on how to care for him. Our puppy has been with us for about a month or so and all is well. It was great to have all his initial shots covered. We recommend Vanity Pups!

I bought my pup 2 months ago and couldn't be happier. It was a big concern of mine to not buy a dog from a puppy mill, to buy one from a place which uses breeders, where the puppies are healthy and well taken care of...and I most definitely found that at Vanity Pups. The place is immaculate, not overcrowded and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I feel that the owner really cared about answering all questions and concerns. He did not hurry us and I did not all feel any pressure or "over-sell" from anyone. This is truly a unique place. I feel so lucky to have found it. My puppy is wonderful and brings our whole family so much joy beyond what we could have expected. We can't imagine life without her. She is a member of our family. I recommend this place 100%.

3/27/2013 Store was clean and the ownership was insightful with respect to puppy care advice. I got a toy morkie for a fair price, and he has adjusted well.

Thank you so much to Vanity Pups, they got for our family the most cute and adorable westie we could ever imagine. Especially thanks to Jose, he explained to us all the procedures as far as the vet visits and care of our new family member. My daughter is so happy! The staff are great and friendly. Great place to get your new family member. :0)

My family and I needed a hypoallergenic dog because of my sisters allergies. After months of looking we decided to go to Vanity Pups after reading their reviews. When we walked in we immediately loved the environment because the dogs weren't kept in crates and cages but instead in cribs where they were able to move around and you were able to interact with the puppies. The store owner, Mike, asked us if we were looking for any dog in particular and we said that we had seen a Cockapoo on their website. Two minutes later he walked out of the back with the dog we had seen on the website. He let us play with the puppy and put the puppy with other puppies to see how how he interacted with the other dogs. We decided to buy the puppy.

While we waited for the puppy to be prepared, cleaned and groomed, Mike took us through the process of how we should set up the house and how we should acclimate the new puppy to our house and routine. He explained to us all the procedures as far as vet visits and care for the pup. The purchase of the puppy included a number of things that allowed us to save some money like vet visits and the microchip, as well as a two week guarantee that if anything was wrong with the puppy it would be covered.

You can tell that Mike and everyone from Vanity Pups knows and cares for each one of the puppies that they sell and don't try to just sell you another "product". Our new puppy is healthy, happy and a great addition to our family. We couldn't be happier with him and are very glad that we went to Vanity Pups. If you're looking for a great place to buy a puppy and guarantee that you're not buying a puppy that is from a puppy mill then Vanity Pups is the place to go. They have all the information for where the puppy was bred and knows the breeders so you know that your puppy isn't coming from a mill. I have no complaints and can safely say that you wont regret going to Vanity Pups

I Had a very nice experience here at Vanity Pups.

All of the puppies there are happy and healthy. The customer service was great. Me and my daughters love our new puppy. Great pet store.

Vanity pups is a great pet store and most definitely different from other pet stores you will encounter. It starts with the fact that these puppies are not locked up behind cages. The store is clean and the staff are friendly! They have done a great job taking care of the puppies! I adore my puppy and I'm glad I came to Vanity Pups. Thank you so much. The only thing that I was disappointed about was the fact that I was offered a discount of the dog but didn't get a discount but rather got small goods which didn't amount to what was being offered. However, Jose was very friendly and helpful and kept his word on at least giving us something rather than nothing.

Vanity pups was very helpful in finding my morkie, but I‘m not too satisfied. I was told to pick her up on Jan 4th at 6pm . It was a very busy Friday as I wasn't the only one picking up a puppy. Not a problem. By the time it was my turn it was about 9:30 pm. It was ok as it gave me and my kids time to play and bond with puppy! Jose was very helpful as far as giving me all the info and instructions needed. I purchased the crate and starter kit full of food, supplies, toys and treats for $190.00. I never had a puppy so I figured they are the experts, they know what I need! That part was very rushed as it was now 10:15 pm! The kit was filled fast and they had run out if certain standard supplies so some extras here and there were thrown in. I was also supposed to get an ID tag but the engraving machine was broken. When I got home I realized some treats had expired, some treats were for very large dogs and other items like the hairbrush which was huge were not appropriate for a barely 2lb puppy! I went back a week later and they were happy to exchange for other items although their stock was still lacking. My puppy got kennel cough which was covered by vet. When I called vanity pups to inform them (which they say please call if any problems or concerns) I spoke to, or tried to speak to Michael, but I was put on hold several times for over 15 mins. This happened all 3 calls I tried to make! All incoming calls were handled before mine! I could hear him talking to the other calls and it was just info about puppies on their website. I guess my sick puppy and I weren’t important. Three weeks later my puppy is still sick…. I still haven’t gotten my ID tag. They’ve been telling me for three weeks, just a few more days. We need to clean machine. How long does it take to clean a machine?? But honestly, the ID tag is the least of my problems! I decided to research the info on the pedigree papers that came with my adorable puppy. I googled the breeder even got phone number -- IM SHOCKED -- to learn that my puppy came from A PUPPY MILL! This breeder has over 280 dogs! Very disappointed @Vanity Pups. Enough said........

I just wanna say that I think vanity pups is the best pet store.. I came all the way from Brooklyn to find the best puppy she is a shihchon and I fell in love when I seen her in the baby crib ..which I have to say is the cutiest thing I have seen and I have been to a lot of pet stores looking for our new addition to our family ... They staff was wonderful.. Thank you vanity pups ...
