Lame Turkey Burgers.
All they do is burgers, and Bobby Flay's name is on the front of the restaurant. You should expect to get something better than a what appeared to be a pre-made frozen turkey patty from some factory. The meat was dense, not seasoned, with a fine mealy texture... totally flavorless meat. Having multiple sauces on the table was useful since the burger couldn't stand on its own. I had the Philly Turkey Burger and my wife had the LA Turkey Burger. The beef may be better, but if you can't make the tureky burger that tastes good, why put it on the menu?
The restaurant itself was nice. Didn't try the milkshakes.
