Assaulted by OWNER of gym

After 4 years of being in this gym I was kicked out for slamming weights. I have never had a problem with staff or other members regarding this issue. The owner of the gym approached me, ripped the earphone out of my ear and told me to "GET OUT NOW" while yelling and pointing in my chest,. He demanded my name, which I refused to give, and pushed me against the wall and demanded it again. The cops were called.

Worst gym ever, machines are constantly broke, overcrowding, and on top of all that the owner is the biggest POS I've ever come across. Stay away from this gym.

SCAM

Yes...it's cheap. For the price it's ok. Until you have a problem. There is a high turnover in employees because the owners are asses. they try to hook you in on a low monthly payment and expect you to pay no matter what. so imagine if you had a problem with your card, and they ban you because you didn't pay. but they continue to charge you with late fees even if they won't let you in unless you formally come in and discontinue services. If you wanted to talk to a supervisor, or manager they hide under a corporate veil and only will allow you to contact them via email. There is no phone number or no way you can talk to anyone.

They are robbers

Stay away from this place..their only intention is to rob money from you. They will not tell you that if you dont cancel your account in person you will be charged for ever. They will not send you any mail/correspondence to let you know that your membership is still active. They will wait 6 months and add $10 late fee to the monthly $10 and send you the bill for $120 in total. Then they will never let you talk to management. When you sign up for 2 years you would think that your membership is valid for 2 years and it will be cancelled. But even if it is not cancelled they will not correspond with you to let you know. They will wait for the fees to accumulate and send you a bill. This is how they make money. Stinky place. Absolutely rude and inefficient management. Please stay away and be careful...

Bully Management, Criminal

I did not mind the gym. Although it was no frills gym, for $7.50, I don't complain. Then, came the reality. In the middle of the year, I was told that there would be an extra annual membership of $20, although they told me, and I confirmed by asking again, that there would not NO additional charge if I join for 2 years, which I did. When I asked to speak to the management, they said the supervisor was not available, although the supervisor obviously was since she was talking to her. THEN, THEY CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP! Right there before my eyes, as I insisted on talking to the supervisor for my complaint. When I called numerous times and finally got to speak to the management, he said, "Your patronage is not wanted here."

WORST customer service !!!!!

I signed up for 2 year contract....but only went 3 months because i moved out....i called in to cancel....they said i cant...i was like okay, fine, i will take 2 year membership loss since i was the one who made the choice to sign up for the contract,....i took responsibility for my actions....i was told i will not get charged after 2 year...

after 2 year...i still keep getting vharged..I HAVE CALLED 20 times to cancel over the phone..they say I HAVE TO COME IN to cancel....i am not in that area anymore....its immposible for me to just "stop by"....I CALLED MANAGER 10 TIMES...she doesnt call back...when she finally called back...SHE WAS RUDE...AND HANGS UP...HORRIBLE.....
