VIP treatment. I have gotten over a dozen facials at Katy's over the past 2 years. I have also brought many of my friends (around 7) to get facials and everyone likes it. I have tried most of the facials. I don't really care for the microdermabrasion one because it hurts too much, and the magic hands is nothing special... I had trouble breathing because of the placement of the mask I think. I do however, highly recommend the oxygen facial and the german facial. I don't know the name of it, but Katy introduced this new product to me and it's not even listed as a facial on her spa service menu yet. Whatever is in that mask, it's magical lol. I got it twice already. I do a lot of damage to my skin because I have a bad habit of popping pimples and scarring my face up. But every time I'm done with a facial from Katy, I feel like I'm rejuvenated because I usually go when I am burnt out.

I definitely prefer Katy to do whatever it is to my face because she uses the right amount of pressure massaging my face, and really gets all the spots. I don't like it when people just rub you... because there is a real difference between rubbing and massaging. With Katy, she Massages my face.

It is a little pricey for me because I am just a student now, so that is why I go there only when I am desperate. A trip to Katy's for me is like a mini getaway. I hope you find this review helpful!

Love Katy's Face Spa Inc. Love Katy's Face Spa!! I wish she had an office in DC!I have enlarged pores with lots of black and white heads. I go abstraction of the black and white heads and micro-dembarsion magic peel. My face looks so clean and refreshed! Also tried the Oxygen Infusion Life Plus Facial Treatment + Hyaluronic Acid Serum + 100% Pure Collagen Mask Facial Treatment. Its is great . Katy's Face Spa. is very customer oriented. They are so affordable and you will look so much better after their facials!!!!!

Best Ever!!. My friend recommended Katy. i've tried many different places and am very picky. I found her to be very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. During my first visit, she gave me a skin consultation and explained the facial process, step by step. it was great and especially the relaxing massage. You can actually see a difference afterward. My pores are smaller and face is cleaner. The products she uses are well known. i like the feel of them and light scented. Definitely a must try !!

I put my face in Katy's competent hands. I have very sensitive and temperamental skin and was therefore quite nervous about getting my first facial several years ago. However, I read about Katy's Face of Chinatown in the local Metro paper and decided to give her a go. Am I glad I did!! She gives detailed and thoughtful attention to my skin's needs, uses quality products, is very gentle and careful with extractions and leaves me with glowing skin that continues to get prettier as the weeks go by. And dont get me started on her lengthy facial massages- absolute heavenly bliss!!!

great products, bad services. Went for a facial through a friend's recommendation. The products Katy uses are great (the beauty salon i went for 2 years prior moving back to nyc was using the same products). However, i find their services are horrible. They spent more time hard selling anything and everything from the store than my facial. In addition, they hardly perform any extractions. Am very disappointed with the service. If not b/c i like the products they are using, I will not go there again.
