I love to use all organic cleaning products so now that I know Flat Rate uses non-toxic cleaners I am more than happy to continue using them. My carpets are super clean and without the harsh chemicals.

I finally decided to have my carpets cleaned professionally. I used to do it myself but I was not able to find the time. I love having the convenience of having them come over. Plus I must admit they do a much better job than I do.

We had a lot of family visit is last weekend and to prepare for them we had our entire house cleaned. We hired flat rate to clean our carpets and they did a fantastic job.

I am so happy I found Flat Rate. I have issues with using toxic chemicals for cleaning and I always wanted to use a non-toxic cleaning service but I didn't know they existed until I found them. Definitely recommended.

Excellent experience!. My friend referred me Flat Rate Carpet while I was looking for carpet cleaning companies to get my expensive rug cleaned. Some told me to get a vacuum shampoo and do it myself but I didn't wanted to take risk of doing these experiments myself on my expensive rug.

Earlier I was worried and I didn't know what kind of service they would provide but after having my work done I can easily say it was a good decision to get it cleaned by professionals like Flat Rate Carpet Cleaners guys. My rug looks like NEW!

These guys are quick, efficient and friendly! I am pleased with their service.I highly recommend these guys to all those who are looking to get their job done efficiently yet without hurting their pockets.

Amazing cleaners!. Working with them has been a pleasure. I started a recarpeting project in my house and they were with me every step of the way. They helped answer my questions about some things I was uncertain of and gave me some invaluable advice to help me make the best possible decision. The actual work was done quickly and done well. They even use environmentally friendly products, which was kind of nice to think that I'm helping the world go green. All in all, I had a great experience and would definitely use them again!

Persistent company. I found this company on google. I had never heard of them before but i was pressed for time for a rug cleaning so i set an appointment with them right away. The technician came over four hours later gave me a price and cleaned it right away. The next day i noticed that one stain still remained. I called them back and they came the same day to redo the cleaning. After the second time around my carpet looked great. Although it took a few times to clean my rug i was happy that they were persistent.
