Carpet Cleaning - Very Cheap. The carpet cleaning service here is excellent, the price is super, the quality of work is like the spendy guys without making such a big dent in my wallet.

Gets the Stains Out!. I had a 4 beautiful old rugs that were pretty badly stained, but before tossing them and buying new ones, I had Flat Rate pick them up for cleaning. They got out all the stains, the rugs look new, and I spent less money on cleaning the old rugs than I would've spent on buying 1one or two new ones!

Affordable Carpet Cleaning. Had to get the carpets cleaned when I moved to a new apartment - pet smells were nauseating and I'm allergic. They are super affordable and do an amazing job!

Reliable Carpet Cleaning.
I needed a few carpets cleaned in my apartment - my common living areas (dining room, living room) needed a thorough cleaning so I called Flat Rate to come out and get the work done.
They were able to fit me in just a few days later, which worked out great with my schedule. They came out just a few minutes outside the timeframe the office gave, which was fine - I was running late myself and had jus gotten home 20 minutes before they arrived.
They got out most of the stains in the carpet, there was one spot that didn't come out, so they came back the next day and got out that last stain.
Very reliable, quick service. They are serious about their work and stand behind the job they do. Excellect value for the service, much less expansive than their competitors.

A company that stands behind their work!. These guys were affordable, quick and very friendly. I couldn't afford a big job, but after I had a little cat urine problem on my favorite armchair I really needed to get something done. They came out right away and gave me a price I could work with. The next day I still smelled a bit of the stain, which they told me to watch out for because cat urine stains are tough, and they came out the next day and redid the cleaning free of charge. Now that's a company that stands behind their work!

no hassle, no headache!. I called this company after looking on the web. It was the first company that showed up in Google search and looked like a safe bet. They offer an estimate with no obligation. I decided to go ahead as I felt I had nothing to lose. As they reminded me multiple times over the phone that if I didn't like the price I could send the technician away without paying anything. I liked having a technician walk me through the process and giving me an accurate price on the cleaning that was needed. In the end, their technician offered me a good price and was very thorough. I was very pleased with this service and will defiantly use them in the future.

Expensive & sloppy.
First, Flat Rate Carpet and NY-Carpet.dotcom have merged... same company, two different websites. So, red flag there.
I called Flat Rate to have my sofa cleaned. They gave me a base price of $65 on the phone. News flash... their prices are really: $65 (to clean your sofa with water) $185 (to clean your sofa with soap and water) approx $250 to do a deep cleaning with Scotch Guard and the words. The only price they give on the phone is $65 - they don't make any mention that it's just for a water cleaning.
The guy showed up on time, but he was pretty new to the job. He sloshed water all over my apartment, didn't know who I should make my check payable to, didn't know which receipt I should get, and asked for a tip in cash. Yes...as I was writing the check he actually said "but I prefer any tip you give me in cash, please". He was nice enough. But it was tacky.
This company did the job overall... my sofa is still wet and I can't tell if it's really clean yet. But the experience was lack luster. And it was too expensive.

wwwonderfully cleaned area rugs.
3 area rugs of mine were in need for a DESPERATE cleaning! I requested Organic cleaning... they let me know what was in it by sending me an email..
Customer service is outstanding and helped me keep informed on my area rugs.

Snow day mess- cleaned!. My children came in from outside bringing a mess that ended up on our carpet. So dirty. Carpet cleaners came by and no more stains. Affordable and Professional
