It's a dental check-up so it can't be incredibly enjoyable but everyone was really professional and polite, very quick, and I will definitely come back to Expert Dental.

I didn't even get to see her! this was a scam.

1. I made an appointment with Dr Shiao. I was however called and told that there was an error and she was booked up. this was strange as I remember seeing her having a whole day available. then told me she got booked up fats and booked me for a different day. When I came for an appointment, however, I saw another doctor, very young, in her 20s. I was told that Dr. Shiao was not in the office that day. So wht did they book me for her for that day then??!!!

2. I had the fastest cleaning ever - about 15 min instead of a usual hour or so.

3. As I was leaving I was asked to rate them. out of courtesy I gave them 5 out of 5. When they saw that, they gave me a piece of paper with instructions to go rate them on Yelp, and promised to give me a free whitening kit.

the whole behaviour is unethical and unprofessional.

Dr. Chan was thoughtful and gentle. She took time to answer all of my questions. The office staff remembered me from a year ago and were really friendly and welcoming. Thank you.
