10:30 appointment on a Thursday, arrived at 10:15 because it was my first visit and I knew I'd have to do paperwork. Finished paperwork before 10:30, waited in the waiting room until 11:00. Was called into a SECOND waiting area, sat there until 11:15, when I was moved into an exam room, waited there another 10 minutes. Finally saw Dr. Heller, he ran some tests, prescribed some medication, said I'd get my test results back the next day (Friday). Took another 10 minutes to get my prescription, didn't leave until after 11:45.

BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE.

Called back the next day to get my test results, they didn't have them yet, try tomorrow. Called on Saturday, still no results. Called on Monday, still no results, but they should have them by end of day Tuesday. Was busy Tuesday, called Wednesday morning (the day before Thanksgiving), got an answering machine during regular business hours, left a message and never got a call back. It's now the Monday after Thanksgiving, still no return call.

I was originally told I either had an infected cyst or shingles. As I have a young nephew, I had to miss Thanksgiving with my family because I didn't know if I was contagious with the chicken pox virus or not. They ruined my family's holiday because of their inability to perform simple tasks in a timely manner.

This practice is slow and inconsiderate of its clientele. I will NEVER ever go again, I recommend you stay as far away as possible.

Thank you. One of the best Dermatologists I've ever seen! Dr. Heller was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and really seemed to care about my case. This visit was excellent. I am so glad I decided to come here and I will for sure keep coming back. Thanks!

I couldn't be happier w/ my results!. However so brief Dr. Heller may speak w/ you - he knows what he's talking about and I couldn't be happier w/ my results!
