horrible limo service..first i book a new cadillac sts, they show up an hr late (which ruined my vip at the club i wanted to go to) then they tell me the sts broke down so they sent an old expedition with get this, NO AC!! i throw up bc im car sick and hot as hell on the way down. they tell me they will give me an extra hour for my trouble..who wants a limo to 6am from a night out in the city? we ended the night at 4 so the got me there too...horrible horrible waist of money!

Horrible Limo Service. Thinking about getting them for your prom?

THINK AGAIN!

The driver searched our bags in front of family and friends at the pickup site. The "15 seater" limo was more like a 12 seater. we were all uncomfortable, hot and felt awkward because he wouldnt close the window between us and him.

However, i blame the company, not the driver.

But i can say it was the only bad part about my prom.

THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH. THE WORST. We paid Mackenzie Limo to take us from New York City to Atlantic City and back. They made us pay upfront on the way there. On the way back they NEVER SHOWED UP and no one answered the phone calls. Eventually after 6 hours of waiting we ended up taking another limo company home, had to pay another $80 a piece, and still have not been issued a refund 6 months later. No one answers their phones or takes responsibility for the horrible way we were treated. I've sent multiple E-Mails and phone calls which were either unanswered, or we were promised a refund htat never came. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They are the most unprofessional people I've met.
