I've probably had five different painters in my homes over the past ten years and I wouldn't use anybody else now but Johansen Improvements. They get the job done on time, and they clean up nicely

After a roof leak, ohansen Improvements was able to reassure about the likely cost of the repair work, the timing and the nature of the services and reporting. Work was done quickly, thoroughly and professionally. Upon request they provided independent advise on timing of shingles replacement without pressure tactics.

Responded shortly after the online work request was filled out. Very friendly and explained pricing and work that was to be included. Work was done first thing in the morning the following day. It was a little pricey but they committed an hour's worth of work and did some extra touch ups on the roof to make it worthwhile

service call was done quickly after my phone call. Issues and repairs were photo documented and clearly explained in a report. Very happy with their service and would definitely use them again.

After a solid day of rain, we found more than just light coming from the dining room potlights. We knew the roof had a couple of issues, but the gentleman from Johansen Improvements found a couple more. I'm guessing he was right as it has rained since and (knock wood).....no more water on the dining room table. They were very quick to respond and very nice to deal with.

Our roof had loose shingles and Johansen came through by calling promptly. making an appointment and very thorough with their terms and conditions and services. There really are no hidden fees and they were very consultative. I would definitely recommend them.

I have worked with Johansen Improvements at Doors and Company on multiple projects and each time I realize how little I know about doors. This small operation can handle a new house full of doors as easily as a new front door on an old house.
