Horrible customer service, incredibly unprofessional.
Stay away from this company at all costs. Customer service both from the office (Joey) and the repairman (Nelson) were antagonistic and unprofessional.
Repair man (Nelson) arrived 1 hour late for first appointment with rude demeanor. Could not find my apartment or figure out how to park (I live 1 block from Washington Square Park). He called several times asking for directions and complaining about the lack of parking.
He diagnosed the problem with my Kitchen Aid wine cooler within 20 minutes and said I needed a new thermostat. I paid him the service fee ($99) and he said he would order and pick up the part and could complete the job within days. I never heard back. I called the office many times, still never heard back. Finally he called me angry for calling the office so much and "causing trouble". Reluctantly I still set up an appointment to which Nelson never showed. I called the office two weeks later to try to complete the job yet again and was greeted with a manager, Joey, who yelled at me and told me I was being difficult.
