Strange, Slow and Frustrating Experience. I called All Appliance Repair to fix my fridge. Someone showed up who was not a technician...not sure exactly what he did. He would not answer any questions I had regarding the problem or give me a price. Once I was given a price he wanted a deposit in order to have someone sent the following day for repair. It was a total waste of time and I immediately called someone else to give me better service. I do not recommend. Something about this seemed very strange and was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Great dryer repair service. Brooklyn service. I used All Appliance Repair NY to repair my whirlpool dryer. Pros: polite technician, good customer service, and the dryer working great again. Cons: the repairman is a little hard to understand (heavy accent) and it took almost a week to get parts. Though, the most important thing is that the dryer is working perfectly again so the cons aren’t too important I guess. Overall, I was very satisfied and would use them again if I need another repair done.

Thank you so much!!!!. One day I put my clothes in my Lg washing machine-like normal- and turned it on- everything seemed fine. Then the machine filled up with water and completely stopped working. Such a bad situation- I had a broken washing machine, possibly ruined clothes, and I was afraid that it would cause a flood in my basement. I called ALL APPLIANCE REPAIR NY on a Sunday and said that I had an emergency appointment. They sent over their technician in a few hours and didn’t charge a weekend fee. The guy took a look at my machine and let me know that the motor needed to be replaced. He managed to get everything fixed that same day without ruining any of the above mentioned things. I am so grateful, and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get their appliances fixed.

Outstanding service. When my GE fridge stopped working I contacted ALL APPLIANCE REPAIR , which was recommended to me by my landlord. When I called, the girl that answered the phone said that there were no more appointments available that day. But, when I explained to her that I have a fully stocked fridge and that I was scared that everything would spoil she told me that she’d call me back within 15 minutes. Anyway, she contacted some of the technicians and found an opening in one of their schedules for me. I had a technician over at my house a few hours later. The technician was pretty great. Apparently, I had a common problem with my fridge and he had the right parts to fix it on the spot. Overall, I was really happy with both the customer service and quality of the work I received, I’d use this company again.

Questionable payment method. Called All Appliance for refrigerator repair. They sent out technicians from A to Z Best Service, Inc., who demanded payment by a check written out to "cash." When I called the company to ask why, Dimitri said that was a quick way to pay wages to the technicians and give me a cheap price (no taxes). I expect the companies that I hire to deal with me and everyone else above board, not demand that I participate in their tax cheating schemes.

I would never use this company again.

Incredible appliance repair service. My ice maker from my LG refrigerator stopped working so I called All Appliance Repair NY to have it fixed. I have used other local repair companies and didn’t have good experiences with them so I was a bit apprehensive. All Appliance Repair NY was great. The receptionist was really great and helpful with any questions and problems I had. The mechanic, Lev, that came over was wonderful too. He really knew what he was doing and explained to me why the ice maker stopped working and also the best ways to keep my fridge running well for years. I had a really good experience with this company and would use them again.

NYC best dishwasher repair service. My Fischer and Paykel dishwasher was really dirty so I tried to clean it myself. I took some things apart and then it stopped draining all together. I called ALL APPLIANCE REPAIR NY and they were able to give me a same day appointment. They found a screw stuck in the pump, and then cleaned up the pump for me. They were very honest when they told me I didn’t need any new parts but that my machine just had to be put together correctly again. The tech Gary was great. Would recommend them to all.

Top notch appliance repair!. I had a problem with my GE profile fridge. The light in the fridge went out, and I was afraid that it was caused by some big electrical problem within the fridge. The repairman, Max, came and was really honest and told me it’s a small problem and there’s no reason to replace any major parts or anything like that. I really don’t know ANYTHING about repairs, and I was really happy that he didn’t take advantage of me. This is a really great service to use if you live in New York City. Thumbs up All Appliance Repair!

Excellent service. For some reason not too many appliance repair companies are servicing my neighborhood ( I live in Upper West Side). I was glad that All Appliance Repair NY guys showed up so fast to repair my Amana dishwasher. Very reliable, experienced and convenient service. I'll keep their sticker on my dishwasher for the future possible appliance repair needs.

Washer repair NYC. My maytag washer was leaking. I was really scared it would ruin my wooden floors. I live in the upper east side ,and I called All Appliance Repair. The technician Eddy came over and told me that nothing was wrong with the machine, but that there was a problem with the sewer and suggested me to call to a drain cleaning service company. He explained to me in detail what was happening, it was clear he had a lot of experience. If I ever have any problems with my other appliances, I would definitely call this company again because its clear that their technicians know what they’re doing!
