Horrible! I bought something the other day and while shopping I asked a clerk that passed me what the return policy was. The lady told me 30 days with receipt.

So we kept the receipt. Few days later I returned to the store to return the item as it just did not work out color-wise it was still unopened in the original package with the receipt and the cashier told me no refund only exchange and pointed to this sign.

I told her what I was told by this other employee and she argued with me repeatedly.

On the way out the guy that had checked me into the store asked what happened and I told him what I told the cashier and same argument he gave me.

I shop at any number of dollar stores in the area and this is the only one that refuses to take stuff back.

Few years back we were considering buying a space heater (Never did buy it) and I remember asking the guy at the front the return policy and he told me same thing 30 day return with receipt!

And on top of all that they were quite rude. Too many dollar stores in the area to give this business any more of my patronage!!

I will never shop at this store again.
