Horrible service!. I had to get my bridesmaid's dress here which required 2 visits, both of which were highly unpleasant.

I myself am getting married in a few months and one thing I know for sure is that I will not use David's Bridal for any of my wedding needs. The service is absolutely apalling even when the store is virtually empty of customers ( now I know why....)

Great Experience for last minute shopping. My sister, niece and I went in looking for bridesmaid gowns. The bride told us "something in medium or dark blue". We didn't have time to order anything, and had to try what was on the rack. Tracy helped us and she was fantastic. She picked out items that she thought we liked, suggested accessories and was very helpful. All 3 of us got dresses that we are very happy with. I chose to take my home and have it altered by a tailor that I know and trust. It will probably get done sooner and cheaper.

Stay Away!!!!. Every guy wants his fiance to be happy on the big day and wants her to feel good about her dress. We are one week away and are scrambling to undo the mess that David's Bridal has created for us.

When my fiance came home upset tonight, I listened to the story and became irate with this store. For the final fitting today, the person that she was scheduled to meet took the day off and never called to reschedule. The other sales staff were unhelpful, and worse, just didn't care. Instead of trying to fix the alterations and make their customer feel good, they talked about additional alternation charges and rush charges.

If you had a good experience at this store, you should feel lucky. For those who are considering this store, it is clear that we would recommend looking for an alternative. We don't want you to have a similar experience as us.
