Terrible experience.. I had a very bad experience with my recent move.

They were not on time to pickup; scheduled time was 10 AM these guys came at 3 PM to pickup my items. The furniture was not properly packed.

Delivery was worst than pickup, the guys who were delivering left all my stuff in the living room didn't unpack or assemble my furniture. Terrible experience.

Do not go with this company. After looking for several moving companies, I decided to go with Noah's Ark because the price was the most reasonable. I had my doubts when their estimate was about $200 lower than everyone else's, but I still gave them a shot. You get what you pay for.

They told me it would have 3 men, but only 2 came. The guys were late and took almost 2 hours to load a bed, 2 chairs, a loveseat, and a china cabinet. I got in touch with the manager after 3 hours of calling. He had no answers for me other than they will reduce the rate by 5 dollars. Estimate was inaccurate, management was unprofessional, the pricing changed, and they weren't timely. Do not go with this company.
