Bad Experience. Today I went to the new Night and Day (Foodlicious) in Parkchester this being my second time at the establishment and more than likely my last. I went for a chicken pesto on a panini. On my first visit the meat was placed between two flat breads and this time the gentleman who making was about to just do one. I just wanted to say how it was done the last time but instead I was talk down to in a rather condescending manner. I am a very honest man not trying to get something for nothing I just wanted my voice to be heard. The manager (Ralph A. Ledesma) came over but instead of listening to my compliant first; before stating the business position then we both coming to a resolution that we both would be happy with he was dismissive of my argument. Not allowing to tell what happened he over talked me. I did not set out to have unpleasant day nor do I like making someone's day not so bright.

I was just stating a fact about my last visit that's all. I can admit my tone changed but only after I felt insulted; I was not being rude. A customer does not like being talked down to. I work hard for my money and where I spend it is my choice. We build our business one customer at a time and we lose it the same way.

So I will do what any free minded intelligent person would. I will not spend my money at your establishment anymore and I will encourage my family and friends in Parkchester to do the same. If my tone may have offended I apologize but I do not apologize for stating the facts of my previous visit. Exercise your right to buy and just go else where. Rude people don't deserve our money.
