My experience with Dream Team was great! After speaking with a polite young lady in the office, they sent a team of professional and trained technicians to my home the next day. They were on time, friendly and knowledgable. After looking into my chimney, they found that the chimney liner was cracked. They took care of the permit and gave me a full warranty.

I Regret Hiring Dream Team

I regret hiring Dream Team. The office girls were sweet when they were selling me the job but that's where the nicities ended for me. I hired Dream Team to line my chimney and to install four stovepipes. The technicians didn't complete the job and unbenownst to me, the work they did do was not to code. The technicians balked when I withheld the final payment despite it being in our contract that final payment wasn't due until the job passed inspection by my town. Many requests for the job to be completed were met with empty promises.

Then, when PSE&G was at my house on an unrelated service call, they noticed the partial work done by Dream Team and shut down my furnaces and hot water heaters because of the danger. Thank God for PSE&G. Phonecalls to Dream Team about it were a source of frustration. Office worker Trish suggested I tell the technicians what to do to fix the problem so PSE&G can turn the furnaces back on-wow!! The company wanted me, the homeowner, who knows nothing about chimney liners to supervise their employees.

This is not the work of a professionally run business and I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Maybe not a dream come true, but definitely not bad at all!

These guys came out to my home, and they were decently professional. They knew what they were doing, and provided me with the information I was promised over the phone. The chimney sweep was affordably priced, and they weren't out of range for the gutters either.

I don't know what the other customer is talking about, the gentleman I spoke to knew what he was talking about and seemed confident enough when he took my appointment, asking a few simple questions before sending techs to my home.

This "Dream" Team was just nightmare.

Super professional estimate and nothing else.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I got two estimate for liner $1800 on paper for 7” liner and $1200 for 6” liner verbal estimate (less labor, chipper liner, no old clay liner removal). Person who did an estimate said that he will do it by himself.

1. Nightmare Team cancelled appointment, very nice lady called me and said that the guy who did an estimate is sick and they will send somebody else if I agree. I called back 5 minutes later to confirm appointment and the person who picked up phone said that the estimate guy is on vacation. That was first red light.

2. Workers who came to my house were only 5 hours late, put 6” liner without informing me, left scrap metals and garbage in my crawl space, disconnected my sub pump, didn’t mount chimney cap.

3. After checking everything I called office with my “findings” and I heard more lies. Nobody mentioned anything about price changes.

4. After 2 weeks of complain, “owner” called me offering $300 rebate (1800-300=1500 not 1200 as was on verbal estimate) and said that he is sending somebody right now to fix chimney cap, THEY CAME TWO DAYS LATER.
