Worst service ever, ripped us off. This company is unethical, unprofessional and rude. I had reservations and paid for a 7 passenger SUV and was picked up in a sedan. The driver had us sit on top of each other, grown adults. I plan to file a lawsuit, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and file a police report against this terrible, unscrupulous, and thief of a organization.

We were running late for our flight that morning so there was not much we can do but to stack on top of each other, along with our luggage. It was a nightmare of a ride to the JFK.

To begin with, they picked us up from JFK and drove us to Manhattan. They gave the driver the WRONG address, so he spent AN HOUR looking for our hotel and finally got us there. It's fine, I mean, the scheduler gave him the wrong address, so we forgave him thinking it was a simple mistake.

WRONG. This company operates on mistakes. They need to get their act together.

We were picked up on Sunday, to our HORROR, a 5 passenger sedan pulled up. Not only did they not account for 7 passengers, they conveniently disregarded the fact that we all had luggage. It was truly unbelievable.

The driver seemed outraged that the dispatcher or scheduler - JENNIFER, had given him the wrong information (again), and he encouraged us to call and complain.

I called and spoke with the manager - PETER, who was unhelpful in any way. Just useless. He said the only person who can give us a refund or any type of credit or give a care is the owner - AMRO. I have been calling them for 4 weeks now to no avail. Every time I called, he was either on the phone, out of the office, in a meeting, eating lunch...anything but talk to his customer. Wow. I have never seen an owner of an organization so UNCARING about his business and reputation.

All I wanted was to speak with him, but he continues to dodge my calls and email.

I would like to share my horror story with everyone so that they are well informed of what type of service (of lack of) you can expect to get when you call NY Limo Trans.

Do not call NY LIMO TRANS for a ride, as you will be sadly disappointed and violated with this mickey-mouse of a company.

Great Limo Service!!. I had a great ride with this company there very friendly and have great drivers who knows NY very well i had about a 3 hour car service for a tour NYC and it was the best if you want good quality service call this company

Wonderful Airport Service. NY Limo Trans provided the best service during my NY experience, my driver was at Laguardia airport once i walked outside to the curb, not only was he professional, but the prices were GREAT! 45 dollars to the city? Perfect.

Best JFK Airport Service Ever!. On a trip to NY, the original car service that I booked with did not have availability but decided to let my family know once we arrived at the JFK airport looking for our car. I saw a car from NY Limo Trans picking someone else up, assisting them with luggage, opening and closing doors, so I ask the driver for the number and some came to pick us up within 7 minutes, AND got us to our event ONTIME! NOW THAT'S SERVICE! I

One of New York's Best I must say!. I went shopping in New York City during a snow storm and could not get a car service ANYWHERE!!! NY Limo Trans did let me know about the delays they were having, but the driver made it in less time than promised and got us home to Darien, CT safely, and comfortably, and for quite a reasonable price!

Speedy service and punctuality is crucial when it comes to limousine service NY Limo Trans always makes sure to address this by customer and chauffer coordination and is always making sure their chauffer’s are on time and always looking for the fastest and safest route with excellent customer service and friendly chauffer’s a ride with NY Limo Trans is as comfortable and worry free as can get.
