yes, i damaged a vehicle. but without a call, a fax, or an email... without showing any evidence of a quote for repair... without ANY word, they just started authorizing my credit card every day for a different amount ranging from hundreds to thousands of dollars.
some seriously shady sh*t. i will never work with them again. i've NEVER or heard of anything like it. i'll pay for my error, just be aboveboard about it and not a bunch of spineless wimpy chiselers.

I can/not believe the service and the treatment my husband and i received at u-save Rental. The woman at the front desk was missarable and the guy could care less if you rented a car or not. I ask the woman if the car rental was a corporation and she first ignored me then said i can't give out that information. These people need to find a job where they are not seen at all by the public. I can tell you they lost our business for sure. My husband and I went to ENTERPRISE and we were picked up at our home and received the best Customer Service you could imagin.

rented a car for a week was satified with the car.ps i was reading all the negitive comments about the place...remember if you damage a rental car you will have to pay to get it repaired .rental car companys do have to get their vehicles repaired after customers like those who complain about getting charged for damages.remember read your contract or walk to whereever you have to go instead of beening a idiot on the internet

Tried to make a reservation this morning and the person who answered the phone was rude and not helpful at all. Actually hung up on me because I was talking back to him, trying to explain what I needed and wanted.
If you don't like your job, I would suggest doing something else for a living and stop taking your personal issues out on potential customers.
I would NEVER do business here again or recommend anyone to do business with them.
I'm with Jenn and would like to join that mission on shutting them down.

This place is horrible and I will make it a mission to make sure everyone knows it. I rented a car from them for minimum 3 wks because of a bar car accident. They told me originally that they only had one car left, but the car they had was in excellent condition except for the "check engine" light that stayed on. However, they promised me that they would switch the car the following morning because a few cars were due. The car given to me was had a ridiculous amount of stains on it, cigarette burns on the seats, they tried to mask the cigarette odor with a small air freshner, the mirrors shook violently whenever the car was in motion, and the break pedal needed to be pushed to the ground in order for the car to begin to stop. I had this car for one day and drove it 2, home and back to the store. I NEVER received a call from them the next morning. I called them at 11:15 a.m., and was promised a car within one hour, then it was before 2p.m., then it was before 4p.m. Again, I NEVER received a call. I called them again at 3:30 and asked where the new car was and was told to come back the following morning at 10am. I was LIVID! I wasted a whole day waiting around for nothing, Paul then tried to push a crappy minivan on me, and would not hear my complaints and continued to cut me off while I was speaking. I brought the car back, and they charged me for 2 days because the car was returned after the time it was rented even though they never gave me earlier notice and they knew my displeasure with the car.
Not one apology. Paul left the store with his head down as soon as I walked in. He went outside and called the store to ask if I wanted the crappy van. He had no nerve to even look at me, or take responsibility. And, they charged my card without permission, and charged more money than what was originally agreed too. Rent from Enterprise instead. They were fantastic! I'm on a mission to get this place out of business.
