At the top of the web page is a statement saying orders received before 1 pm ship the same day. I have been waiting for over three weeks. After not being able to get a live person on the phone, getting a call back, or receiving a reply to one of my over thiry emails I am just about to omit their product from our parts list and find an alternate supplier.
- Pros: They used to produce a decent product
- Cons: horrible customer service
