The worst service ever. I completely agree with the previous reviewer. I had a horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible experience here and it took me a month to recover after their facial. Never again. If you go for mani/pedi - they don't even have anywhere where you can dry your nails. An atrocious place.

Beware the positive reviews, they are false. They are made by the staff. It's blatently obvious because they're even written in the same stlye. How pathetic.

Disappointed. Set up all the services I wanted over the phone - facial, highlights and a haircut. Was given a 'discount' of 10% for the multiple services. Great. Got there and started my facial. I requested the facial for rosacea over the phone - not what I received. I have extremely sensitive skin and mild rosacea and I had a very painful experience with the extractions which two weeks later now I still have red spots from the extractions. My skin was smooth and soft after but I still have these red blemishes two full weeks later.

Moving onto the hair. I was very specific what i wanted and brought in pictures of the haircut i wanted and the color highlights I wanted. How hard is that for a 'high end salon' to get right when you bring in the pictures? Apparently too hard for Rana's staff. I had hair all the way down my back and wanted a haircut shoulder length. Parts of the haircut were shoulder length but the lady cut so many layers on the top it looked like I had a mullet! I am currently wearing my hair in what I can fit into a ponytail until it grows out more to cut it back to a normal cut not so choppy. I am 30 years old not 70 and the hair cut she gave me was for an old woman - like herself. time for some new stylists Lana. OK so as if all I described was not bad enough let's move onto the 'highlights'. I have dark hair almost black. I asked for two color highlights some coppery some blonde. All I got was the copper color and no blonde. Fine ok I can deal with that and everything else. Then the stylists next client came and after she washes out the color she does not even want to blow dry my hair? A $90 facial $110 highlights $35 haircut is what I agreed to and you expect me to not get a blow dry? Not even a style? You want me to walk out with a wet mess? WHAT? So I tell the stylist I want a blow dry too. She rushed through the blow dry. I was in such surprise from the difference of how I looked it did not process in my head everything that had happened. I just wanted to leave so bad and the stylist never offered to put a quarter in the meter for me and I did not want a ticket. The two other stylists there took quarters from their clients and put it in the meters for them and they got far less expensive treatments than i did. One only had a blow dry. The other a man just a haircut. My stylist did not even want to make me a cup of coffee like the other clients received. I had to ask and then she asked another staff member to make it for me.

Ok getting my stuff together time to get out of this disaster and hurry so i do not get a ticket on my expired meter. At the counter suddenly all these surprise charges. Oh she did a special treatment on your hair additional $30. Oh she did low lights on your hair additional $20. Oh she did a blow dry thats $40. Lana said ok I will give it all to you for just an additional $75 wow how nice of you ms Lana. Wait a second a haircut costs $35 for very long hair but a blow dry for a shoulder length-chin length hair is $40? Hmmm. sounds fishy. Fine just get me out of here I don't care and will never return and had every intention on writing this negative review the whole time. i gave you and your staff every chance to treat me fairly and never in this 'organic spa experience' did i feel that way. Your staff was not even nice or friendly. You spoke about me in Russian with your other staff members right in front of me not knowing I knew some Russian myself. I said nothing all in hopes of having a nice hair style. I left disgusted by your "high end organic spa" it was a waste of time and money I am so disappointed and wish I never came. i trusted your staff and would have been a loyal customer if you had only treated me a little better and did as I requested/paid for. I gave you one star but i would not have even given that if there was an option for zero stars.

Worst customer service ever experienced. This place not only has terrible customer service, but they flat out lied to me. I called to book an appointment and clearly asked if I could use my Spa Week gift card, to which they said YES. I went to the appointment and they refused to accept the gift card. They offered to do my treatment at a discounted price but I couldn't use my gift card. FALSE ADVERTISING! I was infuriated to have my time wasted. I will never go back there again. Don't lie to your potential customers. Be honest and don't waste people's time just so you can get people in your door.

Please accept our sincere apologies. On the day of your visit we were not able to confirm our membership with Spa Week. Upon escalating the issue to the Spa Week program coordinator we were ensured that our enrollment is still valid. Please call us to make an appointment with your Spa Week certificate, even if it has expired.

Very experienced. I went to Lana's because I was redirected there by a doctor for very bad, infected acne. Lana did a complete facial for me which was extremely painful (it was only painful because of my current severe acne condition), but well worth the trip and worth going. She was very experience and knew what she was doing. She was understanding throughout my pain and very awesome!

The salon was clean, pleasant, with nice people. I'd definitely suggest this place right off the bat for other people who have skin problems!

Thank you for great beauty salon experience. I was extremely pleased with service I got during my last spa session. The place is very clean and relaxing. The workers are knowledgeable and do their job perfectly. I gave my sister a gift certificate to Lanas Place and she was very happy with the services as well

Thanks a lot for great hair. Every time I go to Lana’s Palace they are very nice and professional during the whole process. My favorite is the hair part. Coloring, cut and up do are always fabulous. Great salon!

Gift certificate. I had a birthday last month and got amazing gift from my sister - gift certificate for Lana’s Place Salon and Day Spa. It was my first visit to this salon and now it’s my favorite place. I had massage and facial and both services were performed perfectly. I’m totally satisfied and highly recommend Lana’s Place Salon and Day Spa to everyone who is looking for a good beauty salon.
