First and Best Experience Working with a Realator. Lets start out by saying that if you are looking for an apartment and are tired of bad results, services that charge 50 to 100 dollars for email listings that stink and being dissapointed by apartment listings that just dont cut it. You then need to call Orchard Realty!

My wife and I cannot tell you enough how pleased we are by the service we received from Patrice!

We wound up calling Orchard after a very dissapointing day of apartment viewings. At first I really wanted to stay away from fees because it can be alot but let me tell you it was soooo worth it.

Patrice was more than happy to meet us on very short notice and after describing what we were looking for took us right out to see the beautiful apartment that we are moving into.

After seeing the apartment we went back signed a lease and the rest is history.

Furthermore Patrice has followed up on every question we have had. Way above and beyond what is expected.

Thank you for helping us find the first and last apartment we will ever have. If Orchard has house listings believe me we will be back when making that next step!

A Realty that Cares. A Realty that Cares:

We were not sure what to expect and we had not hunted for an apartment for over 20 years of living in a home out of state. I want to say my fiance and I were so blessed when we met Patrice at Orchard Realty. The office was closing in one hour when we called, but we spoke to Michelle and were greeted by Patrice who sat and listened as we shared what we were looking for with our credit scores not being the best and we were needing to move in ASAP.

We had only one day of apartment hunting because my partner had a new job and was starting in a new state we knew nothing about, which left us dejected because of credit checks, and we kept seeing only the same two listings on all the web portals. We happened to call a craigslist ad that led to Patrice at Orchard Realty. We had no idea that some landlords do not need a credit check, but are exclusively listed and only available through Orchard Realty. Patrice stayed late into the night to show us the apartment of our dreams, and we got it. I want to say, whatever you are going through do not give up, keep your faith because you never know when you will run into that person who will listen to you and hold your hands through it all. We are now able to move in at the right time. Thanksgiving is about sharing and giving. Patrice, we thank you and Orchard Realty for doing what you love and loving doing it. Thank you, Patrice!

The Best Realty Agency Ever. I have to say that Orchard Realty was one of the BEST realty agencies I worked with and believe me I was working with several of them.

We are a family of five and when it came time to look for a new apartment for the fact we needed a three bedroom and out grew our two bedroom. I came across alot of obstacles while looking for apartments on my own on craiglist and not to mention when you did call to see an apartment you had to go through a realty person anyway.

Most places wouldn't rent to us because of our three kids or because we have two cats and due to town residency coding.

I came across an apartment on craigs which was stated that it was listed with Orchard Realty. I called up and met with Patrice and I have to say I liked her right from the beginning. She was very personable, took down notes as to what we were looking for and needed and what our buget was. Patrice kept me abreast when listing came in and I even called as well when I saw one posted. It took us probably about 1 to 2 months till she found an apartments that would work for us and I mean she worked really hard and stuck with us.

What I found from other realty agencies is once you looked at a place or several for that matter and didn't like what they had to show you, you never heard from them again and just wanted to show you something so they could get their commission. Orchard Realty doesn't work that way.

You may have to meet her at the office or pay a registration fee but in the end it's well worth it and you get $25 of that $50 registration fee back and you get a very dedicated person looking for an apartment for you till end of that journey. And it doesn't hurt to work with her either by calling and checking. It's a team effort on both parties.

I HIGHLY recomend Orchard Realty to anyone who is looking for an apartment especially if you are having or facing obstacles during your search. Patrice Dege is just absolutely wonderful I can't say enough about how hard she worked for us and she's honest and upfront with you from the beginning.

Fantastic x2!. Orchard Realty is wonderful! This is the second time I have used Orchard realty to find an apartment, and this time was even better.

Pat listened to what I needed in an apartment and she found me a fantastic new place to live.

Find Someone Else. I was moving from NY to NJ for a new job. I had a 3 week window to find a new place. I settled on a place in Woodland Park (the old West Paterson). Oblivious to what goes on in NJ, I implored the realtor for an honest assessment. Was this a good area? She assured me it was. On the drive to my new place my GPS took me through Paterson. As I saw I was 0.7 miles away from my home and there was gangbangers and drug-runners EVERYWHERE, I wondered how I could be so obtuse in listening to a real estate agent. Never again. They only cared about pocketing my money, not my well-being. I live next to the murder capital of the world because I trusted one of their realtors.

Orchard Realty is the real deal.. Orchard Realty is the real deal. Their agent helped my family & I find an apartment in a hurry when hurricane Irene was about to flood us out as had happened before. Thanks to the team at Orchard. I recommend you whole heartedly.

A total scam. Don't waste your time. I called after seeing an apartment listing in montclair on craigslist. I thought it was a little fishy that they would not meet me at the apartment, but instead asked me to meet them at their clifton office. they would not show me any of their listings before i paid a fee. they were very rude and inconsiderate. This is a total scam - I would not recommend.

They did a good job for me. This reality did a good job for me. Because I have so/so credit they said there werent that many places according to what i wanted. But they were honest about it anyway. I knew it would be hard. But they showed me some decent apartments. I did rent a nice one and I am very happy in my new place. I already told another friend about this reality office and they are using them for there seach too. I will go back to them when i need another apartment. This real estate was very good if you ask me.
