Love This One!.
I was really surprised at how affordable and on point this place was. We just got back from our second dining experience there and it surpassed all expectations, again. :) Great food, great service, great prices and an ambient atmosphere. We definitely recommend it!
*** Update: Great management here. A great restaurant is always a reflection of it's management. This evening's visit was the first time I have ever experienced the slightest imperfection. Honestly, I rarely ever care enough about an establishment to even talk to a manager if am not completely satisfied with something. This evening, however, was a celebratory dinner with an out of town guest and I was intent on a pleasant experience. I asked my server to speak to the manager, whom quickly came to my table and addressed my situation. He recognized and rectified the situation with great care and concern, which impressed all at our table.
Yet again we enjoyed a great evening with great food and great staff. The birthday chocolate lava cakes w/ candles and a birthday song was the cherry on our cake today. We continue to highly recommend this this Outback location. It remains consistent in it's perfection.
Australian tchotchkes and brews give this quintessentially American restaurant a distinctive Down Under flavor..
In Short
Boomerangs, Aussie flags, kangaroo portraits and faux aboriginal art honor the homeland's wilderness, but Outback delivers a polished version of rusticity with varnished blond-wood booths with matching wainscoting and casually uniformed waitstaff. Besides more than a half-dozen cuts of steak, diners can pick from large-portioned entrees like ribs, chops and shrimp or chicken "on the barbie." The Bloomin' Onion, a large onion dipped in batter and deep-fried, is an appetizer with a following.
Taste the best fish or meat steacks!.
It is a great spot to go to before the croud comes rushing in! I am a vegetarian but eat fish and had a delicious tuna steack that was so tender it melted in my mouth! Their veggies dishes are also very tasty and fresh. They have a large variety of wines from different countries and best of all the restaurant is completely none smoking!
The only set back is that the restaurant gets really crouded and loud... It's best to come early or to make a reservation.
now theres one in NYC!. We went to the one on 3rd and 56th and it was so great. Such great food but for something other than the rip off price. pretty good wine and beer selection. service is good. i was very pleased to find one in the city!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
