DO NOT GO HERE. We had 9:00 reservations- we arrived on time and were told it would be only a 20 min wait. We decided to have a drink at the bar while we waited for our table- the bar was quite empty, there were four dirty glasses sitting on the bar for a good 20 mins, neither of the two bartenders acknowledged us for about 15 mins, and it was a complete mess behind the bar (receipts everywhere, dirty glasses, etc.). Finally at 9:45 we inquired if our table was ready yet (and after noticing that a couple who had JUST sat down at the bar next to us were seated to their table), we were told we were 'next on the list' --- no apology from the staff. I asked to see a manager once we were finally seated- the manager did not come by. In the dining room there were about 6-8 empty tables, there were dirty dishes on the table behind us- just a mess. After all of that I could not even stomach paying for an overpriced entree and we walked out. This place tries to establish themself as an upscale restaurant- this could not be further from the truth. I would rather spend my money at OUTBACK next store. The owner should be ashamed of how their restaurant is run. UNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT GO HERE.

Don't have a party at the CrabHouse!. They were not prepared for the party we had there. Tables were not set or even arranged when we arrived, and when finally set, we were short 2 seats and place settings. There was a major discrepancy in the bill at the end because the wait staff (although attentive) was not versed by management on the particulars of our party. Management was not professional in their discussion of the discrepancy since they chose to detail the particulars in front of our guest of honor (and ALL the other guests, too) rather than privately as requested. Nice view, but I would never go back due to their lack of professionalism.

Good Food, romantic atmosphere. It was our anniversary although the waitress didn't know it. It was very nice..low lighting and romantic. They take reservations and called to confirm. The food was good and the waitress was attentive and seemed to know we were celebrating something because she made a nice show of pouring the champagne. We stayed a long time after we paid the check. Will always come back.

Spectacular Skyline View. The food was nothing special, the service was rather slow for a weeknight. The table setting was very cheap looking, seemed like a brown paper bag was placed on the tables. I didn't recieve any additional napkins nor a lobster "bib" when eating my meal, thought it was very messy considering I had asked the waiter for some extra napkins.
