I've been here several times and I've yet to be disappointed with my experience. To start off, the staff is very professional and friendly. You can tell that the stylists are very experienced. The atmosphere is very neat and clean and the massage areas are very quiet. Free complimentary coffee, fruit, and snacks are available so that's definitely a plus. This place is a little pricey but with the frequent discounts, it's definitely worth it.
