This company has too much of a "corporation" feel and very unfriendly to the surrounding residential neighborhoods in which they are attempting to industrialize. I would recommend any other local farm for your needs.

Unfriendly customer service. I went there on a Tuesday afternoon, not a busy day. First time there, I have lots questions. One of the two staff responded me, but behaves as if he didn't care abt me, rather wish I could leave asap. When I complained, there's no apopolgy, his coworker reponsed as if it was my problem. They carry nice collection of plant, arrangements, i wish I could come back, but not this unfriendly staff still there.

Great customer service, prompt flower delivery, perfect for weddings. We booked Metropolitan Exchange for our wedding flowers and they took great care of us in helping us decorate for our wedding. They were really good especially when I had to change my order the last minute. Also, the flowers are fresh and my bouquet were full and heavy. They also delivered the flowers on time.

We would definitely book them again the next event that we have.
