Nicer than anything you'll find in NYC at the price

The last review is very inaccurate...maybe your apartment had pests because you didn't clean it!! I have been to The Presidential apartments and they are nice. Better than almost anything you can in New York that's not a building only millionairs can afford. Sorry if it didn't feel like a five star hotel to you, but it's a residential apartment! The building is not brand new but it's very clean, trust me I notice dirty aprtment entrances they are an instant turnoff. The apartment units are also neat , modern looking and spacious. The kitchen is unbelievable! Again you can't get a kitchen like that in NYC if it's not a luxury building.

Worst building in Fort Lee

Don't even go to look at the apartment, the view will knock your socks off. However, floods, dirt, vermin will invade your life if you rent and/or buy from these people.

The only thing nice to say about this building other than the view is spectacular is that one doorman, Jimmy, is ACES! The others let anybody walk in, don't have a command of the english language, but then again neither does the super or the building manager. Don't park your car in their garage...two things will happen to your vehicle....1) the leaking water will ruin the finish and rust your car from the constant drip and 2) your car will be vandalized, scratched, coined, urinated on. One word to describe the Presidential CRAPHOLE!

I wish there were less stars than one cause they don't even deserve that! Check out the Bergen Record for an article entitled "Mayor calls Presidential: "The Worst Highrise in Fort Lee".

Take my word for it, you DON'T want to live there.
