Great experience with my apartment

I have lived in an apartment building management by Elite Management for almost three years. They were always prompt to fix any problems I had with my apartment which were very few. My issues were always fixed within a day by the attentive live in super who said hello to me and even knew my name. The property managing agents were helpful and provided good customer service. When I moved in, the apartment had been gut renovated and was beautiful with all new appliances, new bathroom fixtures, tile, paint, and refinished, original hardwood floors. After now three years, the craftmanship has stood the test of time and the work still looks great. People walk in and remark that the apartment looks new and clean. I have no complaints and would highly recommend working with Elite Management.

Bad service

In my apartment, mushroom started growing up because of the moisture in the ceiling from upstairs which I had water leaking 7 times in last 2 years. Chunk of plaster fell off in my bathroom 2 times. I asked the elite management to fix the problem everytime water leaking happened. What they did was just put plaster and paint over it and same things happened over and over again. When I complained, Steven, a rude a** hole said they did what they could do the best and even got angry at me. Their service is terrible! They don't care about us. They take advantage of us. Be careful with this management company.

I am mortified by the way I was spoken to by the real estate person Avis. She made it clear to me that 'white" people were not welcome in Harlem and if I showed up to see it, she would kick my white ....

Please boycott this company!

• Cons: A Salesperson was unprofessional and rude because I am white.

Stay away!

We were rented an apartment which had just undergone the cheapest remodeling job I've ever seen. Within a week everything was falling apart. And, of course, in the end they try to claim it's our fault, not theirs. Plus, they used the remodeling as an excuse to raise the rent 600 a month from the previous tennant.
