Expensive and Terrible service. My service experience was TERRIBLE. I did buy my wedding invitations there, they were very pretty but way way too expensive and the envelopes did not seal properly. I needed 25 more invitations and do the the awful service I recieved I bought additional invitations online and had a much better experience. First I got a sample sent to me overnight, then when I ordered I got an electronic proof immediately and it took 2 days to print and I paid for 2nd day air. Lets just say online purchasing is a much better option.

good and bad. I love the store, fine gift items and nice selection of Vera Bradley bags, which I love. Stationery section of the store offers nice quality and decent selection, especially the personalizations. Staff can be aloof, maybe because I did not have an appointment to sit and view engravable invitations, but once I sat down to work on my son's first birthday invites, the process became friendlier (but of course, I dished out $300!) I left the place thinking prices are somewhat high, but the end result was beautiful. BUT, I didn't appreciate the unwelcomed feeling I had at first, you don't offer good customer service to only those who decide to spend some money. Remember, repeated business comes from people's good shopping experience!

YES! to Yes I DO!. I have had three projects done here. The first was a card commemorating the 6 month anniversary of my Mother's death. I came up with a concept and Yes I Do made it a reality. We and the recipients of the card were so impressed and touched by the results. The second was an announcement for my daughter's baptism and third for a birth announcement for my son. The results SPECTACULAR. The staff is formal and address any concerns. Yes the prices are up there (especially for someone like me w/ my modest economy), but the results are well worth it.
