Delivery is horrible. My husband and I have always been a big fan of this Italian deli. We were regular customers. However, things have changed. After waiting 45 minutes for two chicken parm subs we received ice cold sandwiches. When we called to express our dissatisfaction, the worker on the line argued with us that the sandwiches could not be cold and that there was nothing that they could do for us. His response is that delivery is not the same as picking it up yourself. No offer to refund, send out new sandwiches or at the minimum an apology for the mistake. Instead he was rude and obnoxious. So, don't bother to order for delivery. I wouldn't go back to pick up either. There are plenty other places that could easily deliver a nice hot chicken parm (or any other item you may crave) in Hoboken.
