They ruined my local bar!. What once was a great local bar with nice bartenders, great drink and food specials and a nice local neighborhood clientele have been replaced by the disco ball in what was once the pool room.

The food is over priced and under sized. Three of the smallest sliders you ever want to see, cost more than they do in the City. They kept all the specials (like $5 burger & beer) but now its $8. The $1 drink special on Fridays is now $10 at the door and you are ignored for the first 10 minutes at the bar.

The wings recipe is different, and not in a good way. The steak sandwich is embarrassingly small. The staff is horrible. Takes forever to get the basics like napkins, ketchup, drinks, silverware, your check.

I've had to send 3 meals back because they were so ridiculously miniscule that they owners and kitchen staff should have been mortified.

I never thought I'd say this but I miss Pat and deffinitely Arthur and the good old days before the new guys took over and ruined it. The old owners should be ashamed of themselves for selling out. I hope they are making money hand over fist but it wont be from me.

The best. Wednesday is 5 bucks for a burger and a beer. It doesn't get any better. Oh yeah it does, Pat is behind the bar and TVG is on. You will become a regular!

great neighborhood bar. friendliest staff in hoboken. great neighborhood corner bar. cheap drinks and food that always hits the spot and never a long wait to play pool in the back.. crowd gets a little cheesy on fridays, but other than that its mostly people that live right around the bar...
