Horrible Food, Ambiance and Service. If you plan on going out to hoboken whether its to watch a sporting event or a night with the girls/guys, this is the last place you want to be. 1st off the food is horrible, completely below par. You pay high prices for a burger you could have grilled at home on your foreman grill. The staff is great, but management is completely incompetent and they act snobby like its a posh NYC lounge. The Music is horrible and the ambiance is set for a college frat party. If you plan on going out in Hoboken your better off going to 1 Republic, The W (hotel), WIcked Wolf, Teak or any other bar thats not this one.

Best Sports Bar in Hoboken. This place gets PACKED with people especially during football season its a great place for a few beers football and food but it can be exhausting because there are so many people and most likely you could get standing for the whole game. Best Bloody Mary's!

Damn the burgers here rock!. Burgers here are the best. I eat burgers all over, and only two other place in the NYC area compare to the Black Bear. THey are the Corner Bistro in Manhattan and the Riverdale Steakhouse in the Bronx. Black Bear burgers are deeeelicious!!! The bar at night is a loud crazy place, not nuts about it, but the food... finger lickin good yo!
