Tips for Waterfront Management

July 24, 2012

Would definitely recommend! I've lived at a Waterfront property for a little over a year now and so far, I have to say, I'm pretty satisfied. I moved to the Jersey City/Hoboken area four years ago and this is the third place I've lived in. The first two complexes were run by absolutely horrendous management companies: needed repairs would take forever to get fixed, I would have to call ten million times for a single response, etc.

In comparison, so far Waterfront has never taken longer than than a day to address any issues I had. They are quick to get back to me, which is a delight after so many nightmares at my old residences.

Great service!!! Two thumbs up!!!!

GOOD EXPERIENCE I am a resident at a condo developed and managed by Dean Geibel and Waterfront. I have been here three years and have had nothing but a positive experience with them. They've been responsive to any problems I've had, never made me haggle them to get things done (as was the case with my last condo in Hoboken), and have been generally courteous.

Frankly, as someone who regularly attends my HOA meetings, it isn't Waterfront the irks me, but some of the board members of my HOA -- elected from among the residents at my complex -- who seem to continually hinder any kind of constructive dialogue and who are, against all reason, opposed to allowing Waterfront to take necessary measures to increase our collective home values.

Re: As Bad as it Gets. Agreed with above, Waterfront Management, led by the bankrupt Dean Geibel is truly awful.

Feel free to complain directly to them if you have an issue with your property or are one of the many these deadbeats owe money to: dean@waterfrontmgmt dot com

As Bad as it Gets. If you decide to use Waterfront Management to manage your property you should buy a gun and bl0w your brains out. They have the worst customer service. They are unresponsive, rude and careless. Do yourself a favor and find a homeless person to take care of your property before you let Waterfront into your life.
