The Best Frame Shop in NYC. Empire has been my "go to" frame shop for the last 5 years. I use them for art that I display in my home as well as my office, and I have literally given them over $3,000 in business. I have found them to be very professional and thorough. Their work is solid and their prices are the best around. Their turn-around time is fast. Bottom line, they deliver the best value in NYC. In addition, they sell framed prints, posters and other art work also at reasonable prices. They also recently added a professional ink jet printer where you can have any image scanned and printed in any medium.

good product, not worth the HORRIBLE SERVICE. stay away from Roy, who says they deliver then says they can't. Admits he was distracted and not paying attention, then won't compensate you for it. Refuses to provide customer service, will walk away from you while in the middle of "helping" you, to service another customer.

Doesn't pay attention to details. Didn't know what direction an abstract photo went, had the wire on wrong, put it the right way after I told him the right way, then I had to ask him to remove the wrong direction wire and attachments! Essentially says unless you are a BIG customer, will not provide the service offered (free delivery and pickup).

I do not recommend at all.
