NEVER AGAIN.
Absolutely did nothing.
Came unprepared.
Of all the engineers that we had come over to make an assessment based off of our plans and the provided plans from other floors in our apartment that we provide for, he knew the least.
He was late.
He wrote back with a 'guess' of what we could do. Which was worthless.
