We were very pleased with their unloading our old house and loading of our new house. The houses were not damaged at all by the movers. However, we did find out later on that some furniture and furnishings had some nicks and scratches from having other items pressed up against them in the truck. So I guess the items on the truck could have been more cushioned during the loading of the truck. But if you have someone monitoring the loading of the truck, you could avoid that. We worked with Ed Scott and his crew, who were very professional and trustworthy.
