Dr. Friedler's an Ace!. I've been a patient of Dr. Friedler's  since 2009.  She's very attentive, answers my many questions (I never feel rushed), and demonstrates excellent bedside manner.  From full body checks for the threat of Melanoma to Restylane and Dysport treatments, I always leave feeling informed, reassured, and cared for.   The office hours are accomodating since I work 45 min away. The staff is courteous and profesional as well. I've never waited more than 20-30 min to be seen.  When I leave Dr. Friedler and her staff  I look and feel marvelous about myself!

RUN. This place is the WORST. You won't see the doctor until at least an hour after your appointment. And be sure to have all your questions prepared as they WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK even after leaving messages with receptionists. Also, after cancelling an appointment (due to the awful service provided), I was still charged for the "missed appointment". When I called about the fact that I shouldn't be charged, they said they would look into it and call me back. Surprise, surprise - NO CALL BACK.

Great Care. I had a very good experience there. I went to get the bags under my eyes removed and Dr. Joshua Fox was the one that removed them. It didn't hurt and now they are gone.

I will go back there for anything else I need, and recommend this place for anyone else who wants any quick cosmetic procedure done.
