Great service-- No sh*t!!.
The quick story: Good, reliable, honest, friendly, on-time and reasonably priced.
The long story: We had a little sh*t'splosion in our apartment, right in the middle of a holiday weekend. I called the main number Sunday evening, when it became evident that the problem was more than a little plunging and Drano could manage.
I got an answering service, and they promised me a call-back "within 15 minutes." Yeah, right. I've heard that before. I resigned myself to going until Tuesday without using the downstairs bathroom. EXCEPT THEY CALLED BACK! And promised someone would be there in an hour! And-- no sh*t-- they came in less than 45 minutes. And, most importantly, they fixed the problem.
But here's the best part: they charged me $163 dollars to do emergency plumbing work on the Sunday night of a holiday weekend. No one wants to deal with this sh*t, but if you have to, these guys are great. Seriously.
