If you're looking for creative, delicious touches to traditional dishes, enough food to enjoy for a second meal, impeccable and friendly service, excellent prices, and a great location, this is the place. And it's BYOB, with a good wine shop practically next door.

We go often. Tonight, the filet mignon and osso bucco were stunning as was the sauteed broccoli rabe with calamari as an appetizer.

So it's not exactly on Rutherford's Park Avenue, now known throughout northern NJ as Restaurant Row. Actually, its location, just at the foot of Park Avenue, affords a much more charming view than any Rutherford eatery - the restored train station and station square.

The specials are amazing both in variety and quality. Everything offered is so much more than "Italian."

You will not be disappointed. In fact, you'll become a regular!

True Italian

The owner is a true Italian, speaks the language, clearly a professional educated cook. The food is freshly cooked!

Wonderful environment, ambiance is great, the service is wonderful. BYOB.

Nice small romantic restaurant

Very good classic Italian food in small town atmosphere. Right across from train station so its easy to get to and plenty of parking.

Great experience

This is a great find tucked away across from Rutherford station. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food. The mussels were excellent. It's BYOB, so make sure you bring your own wine. All in all excellent value.

a true Italian Trattoria

If you are looking for a true italian food and ambience this is "The" place.

Service very attentive and Corrado is the perfect host!!!

The food is like in Italy and all my family and friends love this place. Very good prices.
