horrible experience. My experience with this store is just about the worst I have ever had with a retail establishment. They sold my pregnant daughter a crib, then sent it home with her, minus all the necessary pieces to put it together. They refuse to do anything about the problem. It will now cost us an additional $100 to buy the missing pieces from the manufacturer. When called, we were confronted with the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE
