Dry burger, mediocre experience

I ordered a basic medium cooked cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, and bacon. Arrived well done, no cheese, no tomato. The kaiser roll was dry to the point of crumbly. The burger was from a frozen patty, pretty much tasteless and very dry. The fries were mediocre. The waitress was marginal, could not persuade the bartender to tune in the football game (and this IS supposed to be a sports bar!), her only saving grace was her almost perfect butt. Overall, McDonalds would have been better in the food department.
